Weigh In Day, Confess Up, and Where’s the Beef?

Good Morning Everyone, well I weighed in today because it really is my offical weekly WI day, I maintained but.. where’s the beef?  Well its in my stomach lol.  Had a date night with hubby Russ and went to another Spurs game, in a pinch for time I suggested a Whataburger Double Meat Patty Melt, which should  be called have some fat and some more fat and enjoy Melt.. MMM so good and I will wait for the beef to beef me up in the next day.

Can’t and won’t beat myself up over it, I thought about it and suggested it and unwrapped that greasy wax paper myself, raised it to my mouth and indugled in every cheesy greasy meaty morsel.  If a burger or anything I ever did stopped me from my journey than I wouldnt be this far.  So the moral of my greasy story is… eat it, take it, and get on with it.

So my new week starts this morning.  If you got greasy or sugary fess up and lets move on.  Have a great day!

What did you eat today, or what is eating you?

Hi Everyone, Hope its not a blue Monday for you.  I feel super today, excerised this morning, walked 3 miles around the neighborhood.  Then had breakfast, Egg Beaters, with picante sauce mixed up in it, sf whole wheat toast, with sf jelly and spray butter and half a apple, Lunch was GardenBurger BBQ Ribbet, sliced across a bed of salad greens and spinach, with a ff honey mustard dressing and 1oz of low fat cheese. Tonight actually going out to play some bingo, so me and hubby will stop by Wendys, already been to the website for NI stats, will have a bunless Utlimate Chicken sandwich, no honey mustard will add my own wishbone no cal spray lol, put it my purse, w/ a broccoli and cheese baked tator yummy.  Well thats what Im eating… and today so far, nothing is eating at me.

20 OZ WATER WITH SF FLAVOR PINK LEMONADE MIX IN, OH HOW I LOVE TO LOG EVERY BITE   I EAT LOL, BEEN DOING THIS FOR ALMOST 3 YRS.

Introducting Myself

Hi, My name is Deanna, (Dede) I have been a WW memeber since 2006 and have lost at one point  139.4 pds, for some reason my weight started creeping back up and a full 8 month maintain inbetween, Im now back to 233, and have decided to switch to there old Core plan, my main goal is to cut back the carbs and sugars, that the point system allows. I am hoping to meet lots of others who are working there way down the scale and giving and getting the support we all need. Im 46 yrs old, married and live in beautiful San Antonio, Tx.. cant wait to meet you!
